Respected Sir, 

With a heavy heart, I am writing this resignation letter. I have been working as a ………………..(Subject) teacher for the last ……………….(no of years worked)  years in your prestigious institution. The school encouraged me with this job, soon after my graduation. This is my first employment. I will forever remember our school for this opportunity.

I enjoyed teaching children in our   School. I am proud to be associated with you as a teacher. Perhaps this moment comes to every unmarried girl. We have to leave near and dear ones, and start life afresh after marriage. My marriage is fixed with a nice guy. It is scheduled on ………………….. (date of marriage).  Hence, I cannot continue working for you.

I request you to please accept my resignation with effect from …………………(date). Kindly arrange to return my certificates that are with you. I need an experience certificate too. I am sure, it will help me a lot in my future endeavors if needed.
