Courier letter for retuning purchased items

This kind of letter is useful when you are retuning anything to the seller through courier. You may need to send the item you purchased to the supplier as it is damaged or spoiled or not suitable for you.  Courier companies required a letter from you in the following form.

మీరు ఆన్ లైను లో కొన్న ఏదైనా వస్తువుని తిరిగి అమ్మిన వారికి కొరియర్ ద్వారా పంపించ వలసి వస్తే, ఇటువంటి లెటరు ఇవ్వ వలసి వుంటుంది . 

TO WHOM SO EVER IT MAY CONCERN

I, …………………………………………………………..( Sender’s name and full residential address)

 am returning a damaged/spoiled/wrongly delivered/………………………………………………….(name of the item that is being returned with details)

to …………………………………………………….(name and address of the supplier and address)

through ……………………………………………..(name of the courier)

I am sending the item for replacement. The item is not intended for sale and has no commercial value.

I am enclosing a copy of the invoice/bill from the supplier.
